If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day return policy, details of which are below.

Except for faulty goods, all items must be returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Shoes: When trying on shoes, the protective layer on the sole of the shoes must not be removed if you remove this we may not be unable to accept a return. We strongly recommend you try shoes on in a carpeted area and wear them for at least 1 hour before wearing them outside. Shoes with clearly damaged soles will not be accepted back by us.

Clothing: When trying on clothing, please insure that you are not wearing any deodorant or fragrance that may leave a mark or scent. Try on swimwear over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. If this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, we will not be able to accept the return.

Jewelry: Avoid contact with deodorant, perfume, hairspray or water. Avoid scratches by storing in a non-abrasive pouch or box. Handle with care and do not apply unnecessary force. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings and hats.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

We offer a 14 day return policy. All sale items purchased online can only be returned online cannot be returned in-store. All returns are subject to a charge of $7.00. For your convenience, all orders will include a UPS pre-paid return label. All products listed as “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note: you will receive your refund credit within 5 to 7 business days of the item(s) being received back at our warehouse. An email will be sent to confirm that we have processed your return.

UPS Return

If you prefer, you can return your item via UPS by following these steps:

  1. Ensure you return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned unused, in their original, undamaged packaging.
  2. Complete the returns form enclosed with your item(s) and place the completed returns form in the package.
  3. Attach the pre-paid returns label provided to the front of your package.
  4. Take your package to any UPS location and ask for a proof of dispatch. It is your responsibility to insure the package reaches us, so you may wish to upgrade your order to a tracked shipping service. Please note that we unfortunately are unable to refund the cost of any upgrade to your shipping service. We strongly advise that you keep hold of any tracking number that the post office gives you. We regret we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.

USPS Return

Just follow these simple steps to return your item via USPS:

  1. Ensure you return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned unused, in their original, undamaged packaging.
  2. Complete the returns form enclosed with your item(s) and place the completed returns form in the package.
  3. Take your package to any post office counter and ask for a proof of dispatch. It is your responsibility to insure the package reaches us, so you may wish to upgrade your order to a tracked shipping service. Please note that we unfortunately are unable to refund the cost of any upgrade to your shipping service. We strongly advise that you keep hold of any tracking number that the post office gives you. We regret we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.

You are also able to return your item to standalone L.K.Bennett stores within the US. Airport stores, concessions, stores outside of the U.S. and outlets are not able to process web returns. Please note, we are not able to process returns for items purchased on sale in-store. To return to the store, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure you return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for full-priced items and 14 days for sale items. The goods must be returned unused, in their original, undamaged packaging.
  2. Visit a participating L.K.Bennett store taking with you the credit card used to purchase the order and your delivery note.
  3. The store will refund or exchange the item(s) directly onto your card.

Please note: PayPal orders cannot be returned or exchanged in an L.K.Bennett store and must be returned via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Repair Policy

We offer a one year warranty on our shoes, clothes, handbags, accessories and small leather goods. We will cover the cost of repairs for manufacturing defects within this warranty time frame. Beyond the warranty period, we offer repair services at set fees.

We will attempt to repair any item with a manufacturing defect in materials such as a broken zipper or hardware, however we cannot guarantee the availability of original parts or any issues that are a result of damage or normal wear and tear, such as dirt, scuff marks or scratches. We do not reimburse the cost of shipping the item to us.
